Please note the South West Gambling Service is not an urgent care/crisis service. If you are struggling to cope or need help right now, please call NHS 111 (select option 2).

Alternatively, you can contact your GP, call Samaritans on 116 123, text SHOUT on 85258 or download the ‘Stay Alive’ app on your phone.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger you should call 999 for assistance.
